Please ensure you enter the correct delivery address as shipments which are returned to us as undeliverable will incur a re-dispatch fee. Freight charges paid for the original dispatch are not refundable.

Your shipment will be delivered by Star Track Express for shipments less than 20kg and Farragher Transport or another carrier for shipments greater than 20kg, during normal business hours. Please allow up to 15 working days for delivery. All carriers require the goods to be signed for upon delivery. If a signature cannot be obtained at the time of delivery, Star Track Express will leave a card informing you that you have missed your delivery and will do a second delivery the following day. Parcels will be held by each of the delivery services for their maximum hold time. If the second delivery by Star Track Express is unsuccessful in obtaining a proof of delivery a further freight charge may apply. Freight charges paid for the original dispatch are not refundable.


At Peter McInnes Pty Ltd (Distributor of Gladiator® GarageWorks), we take pride in the care we take with packing all of our orders, however sometimes, accidents or errors happen. Notification of faulty, damaged, incorrect or missing products must be received by our Customer Service Department within 48 hours of your shipment being signed for. Should your shipment contain a damaged or faulty item, Peter McInnes will provide instructions on how to return goods in an appropriate manner.
